| SIP | State Improvement Plan The SIP was a statewide plan to improve educational outcomes of children with disabilities by focusing on collaborative partnerships, supports for learning, and quality staff. See Section 653 of the IDEA. Replaced in 2005-2006 by the SPP. |
| SPDG | State Personnel Development Grant The SPDG replaced the State Improvement Grant (SIG). |
